Role Overview
We're seeking a CRM Business Analyst who will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and our engineering/product teams. This role combines strategic vision with technical expertise to transform business requirements into effective CRM solutions. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex business needs into technical specifications while demonstrating deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, particularly in content management and multi-channel customer journey orchestration.
How you will make an impact:
· Translate business stakeholder requirements into comprehensive technical specifications for engineering and product teams
· Design and implement sophisticated multi-channel customer journeys using Adobe Experience Platform
· Develop and manage content templates and fragments across the Adobe ecosystem
· Lead the configuration of personalized marketing automation programs
· Provide expert-level guidance on Adobe Experience Platform capabilities and best practices
· Create clear documentation and conduct training sessions for business users
What You Bring to the Team:
· 3+ years experience in marketing technology implementation with proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
· Advanced expertise with Adobe Experience Platform, particularly Journey Optimizer and real-time CDP
· Demonstrated proficiency in content template management, fragment development, and multi-channel journey orchestration
· Strong understanding of data structures, API integrations, and marketing technology architectures
· Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
· Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira
What Sets Top Candidates Apart
· Adobe Experience Platform certification(s)
· Experience with data modeling and SQL for customer behavior analysis
· Implementation experience with multiple marketing technology platforms
· Knowledge of privacy regulations and their impact on CRM strategies
· Track record of successfully delivered personalization initiatives that drove measurable business outcomes

Where You’ll Work and What’s required:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for meetings, events, and other related activities.
- Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote
