We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our platform capabilities and integration frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply technical, customer-focused, and passionate about building foundational systems that power high-scale applications. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to shape the future of services that —while driving integration extensibility via APIs and third-party tools.

The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on with API frameworks, familiar with tools like Postman, and (ideally) has experience with iPaaS solutions. You’ll play a key role in translating product vision into actionable roadmaps and user-centric features that enhance Fairmarkit’s ability to scale. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable with the entire product lifecycle, possessing a demonstrated track record of successful delivery across all stages.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product roadmap, focusing on shared services across the platform.
• Lead conversations with customers and internal users to define impactful feature sets and inform product strategy.
• Champion API-first development by analyzing existing endpoints, identifying gaps, and contributing to public/internal API design best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality product delivery—this includes writing user stories, supporting backlog grooming, and aligning sprint planning with technical teams.
• Use tools like Postman to validate and test APIs and support QA and integration flows.
• Drive initiatives to extend platform capabilities through integration frameworks and third-party iPaaS platforms.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and documentation to articulate product ideas and guide development.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, scalable interfaces that meet user needs.
• Stay on top of competitive trends and market shifts in platform tooling, developer experience, and B2B integrations.
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on platform services or integrations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical platform features used across multiple teams or systems.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication models (OAuth, tokens), and developer workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Insomnia for API testing and inspection.
• Strong analytical and business skills—able to define and interpret key product metrics and KPIs.
• Proven experience working within an agile environment, collaborating with engineering and UX teams.
• Engineering, Computer Science, or technical background required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with iPaaS platforms or complex integration ecosystems.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in ERP, procurement, or payments space.
• Strong UX sensibilities and experience working closely with designers to iterate on UI/UX.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools like FullStory and Looker.
• Passion for scalable systems, reusable components, and empowering teams through great tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical groups.
• Demonstrated creativity in solving complex platform problems with elegant solutions.
