Role Overview

As a Account Director, You Will

  • Be responsible for achieving assigned sales quota through effective client engagement, opportunity management, and consistent pipeline growth.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships within Sweden and selected Nordic markets.
  • Support the sales cycle by coordinating with marketing, qualifying opportunities, and assisting in deal closure.
  • Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving monthly assigned quota
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new leads.
  • Qualifying and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.
  • Assist in developing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Support senior sales staff with follow-ups, onboarding, and maintaining client relationships
  • Track all activity in CRM systems and report performance against targets.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketers, product specialists, etc.) to ensure seamless handoffs and execution.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within tech or SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Swedish and/or another Nordic language is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordics as needed.
