We are expanding our sales team to drive growth across Sweden and the broader Nordic region. As we scale, we’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help establish a robust sales pipeline while collaborating with senior team members.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Be responsible for achieving assigned sales quota through effective client engagement, opportunity management, and consistent pipeline growth.
- Generate new leads and build relationships within Sweden and selected Nordic markets.
- Support the sales cycle by coordinating with marketing, qualifying opportunities, and assisting in deal closure.
- Collaborate with senior sales colleagues to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving monthly assigned quota.
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new leads.
- Qualifying and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Assist in developing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Support senior sales staff with follow-ups, onboarding, and maintaining client relationships.
- Track all activity in CRM systems and report performance against targets.
- Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketers, product specialists, etc.) to ensure seamless handoffs and execuive.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within tech or SaaS environments.
- Strong communication skills in English; Swedish and/or another Nordic language is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordics as needed.
