About The Role:

As a Revenue Operations AI Specialist, you will take ownership of building, integrating, and maintaining AI-powered tools that supercharge our GTM processes across sales and marketing systems, our internal product, and future platforms we haven’t even adopted yet. You’ll work at the intersection of AI technology, revenue operations, and business strategy — ensuring that AI is embedded thoughtfully, ethically, and effectively in our workflows.

You won’t just be an implementer — you’ll be an architect and guardian of our AI-driven systems, ensuring they adapt to rapid business change while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Tool & Integration Ownership

• Lead the design, build, and maintenance of integrations between AI tools and core business GTM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, Sage, HubSpot, internal product, and future platforms).
• Define and manage field mappings, transformations, and automation workflows to ensure data flows seamlessly and accurately across systems.
• Implement and maintain AI-driven workflows such as lead scoring, forecasting, account insights, automated reporting, customer journey optimization, and much more.
• Ensure AI tool usage aligns with secure and responsible AI practices that protect data security and privacy.

Business Process Innovation

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to identify where AI can eliminate bottlenecks, improve decision-making, and scale operational efficiency. There should be a measurable impact on our top and bottom lines.
• Develop new processes and refine existing ones to leverage AI effectively, ensuring resilience to constant business change.
• Monitor AI-driven workflows for accuracy, adoption, and performance — proactively iterating to improve results.

AI Trend & Capability Leadership

• Stay on the cutting edge of AI technology trends, tools, and best practices — proactively identifying opportunities for adoption.
• Advise stakeholders on AI’s capabilities, limitations, and risks to ensure responsible and realistic expectations.
• Helping to champion a culture of AI literacy across the company.

Classic RevOps responsibilities

• Aside from a focus on AI, you will also be required to assist with administrative and reporting duties with our existing GTM tech stack – dashboards, user management, Flow building/maintenance, data cleanliness, etc.
• Systems include Salesforce, Gainsight, Hubspot, Salesloft, Onramp, and more.

Experience You’ll Bring:

• 4+ years in a revenue operations, sales operations, business systems, or data-driven operational role in a tech/SaaS business.
• 1+ year of hands-on professional experience implementing and maintaining AI tools in a business context.
• Strong expertise in AI integrations, workflow automation, and data transformation between business systems.
• Advanced Salesforce skills (Admin certification preferred) and experience integrating with AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gainsight, Pendo, Sage, Gong, Spiff, Salesloft is a plus, as well as enthusiasm for quickly learning new platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI data privacy and compliance considerations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes.
