The Opportunity
We are looking for a relentless, strategic, and high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the tip of the spear for our global expansion. You won't just be dialing numbers; you will be the face of Expedock, conquering massive hubs across North America and Europe.

What You’ll Do (The Hustle)
- Conquer Global Markets: Hunt down, engage, and book meetings with high-value targets across North America and Europe.
- Own the Phone: Crush cold calls with confidence, turning cold prospects into excited partners.
- Co-Create the Playbook: Collaborate directly with our Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams to test, iterate, and co-create killer messaging that cuts through the noise.
- Be a Data Scientist: Utilize cutting-edge tech to build hyper-targeted prospect lists and automate outbound sequencing.
- Synthesize Market Insights: You are our eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll listen to the market, synthesize feedback from your conversations, and feed those insights back to leadership to help shape our product and pitch.

- The Startup Mindset: You are agile, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity. You don't wait for instructions; you find ways to win.
- Cold Calling Mastery: You view a "No" as just a detour to a "Yes." You have a proven track record of booking meetings over the phone.
- The Tech Stack: * Salesforce is your source of truth (you know how to navigate it seamlessly).
- You have hands-on experience with engagement and automation tools like Apollo, Reply, and Clay to scale your outreach.
- Strategic Thinker: You don't just blast emails. You know how to personalize at scale and multi-thread accounts across different verticals (Logistics, Healthcare, Tech, etc.).
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You can hold your own with C-Suite executives and Directors.
