About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Admin Support to assist with system management, database maintenance, back-office operations, app notifications, and automation workflows. This role is vital in supporting our leadership team by ensuring smooth operational processes, handling lead generation automations, and managing drip campaigns.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and support database systems and CRM platforms
  • Oversee app notifications and ensure functionality and troubleshooting as needed
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize lead generation automations and drip campaigns
  • Assist with back-office tasks such as data entry, reporting, and system updates
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of tools and systems
  • Provide technical support for various real estate apps and platforms

What You Need:

  • Proven experience with CRM and back-end system management
  • Strong understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
  • Experience in real estate industry is a plus but not required
