As we embark on the next stage of our journey, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Marketing (13-Month Fixed-Term Contract) to lead our marketing strategy across EMEA and APAC. This role will be instrumental in advancing our shift from lead generation to true demand generation, scaling inbound pipeline performance to meet ambitious growth targets, and ensuring our regional marketing mix is optimised, measurable, and scalable.
This role requires a strategic thinker and strong operator; someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and brings both analytical rigor and creative campaign thinking. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and central marketing functions to deliver integrated, high impact campaigns.
You’ll also champion localised execution, ensuring initiatives are regionally relevant while aligned to global objectives. You will be a key contributor to building a high-performance, feedback-driven marketing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimise, and scale demand generation strategies and campaigns that align with regional inbound pipeline targets across EMEA and APAC.
- Design and execute integrated, global multi-channel campaigns, incorporating digital, ABM, events, and partner marketing.
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging to local market conditions across EMEA and APAC, buyer behaviours, and regulatory requirements to maximise regional relevance and performance.
- Partner closely with the Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to ensure regional activity aligns with positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Work together with regional Sales and BDR teams to ensure campaign alignment, message consistency, and timely lead follow-up.
- Establish feedback loops with Sales and BDR leadership to continuously improve campaign quality and conversion outcomes.
- Track and analyse campaign performance and ROI using a data-driven approach, providing clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Act as a demand generation evangelist, championing best practices and driving a test-and-learn culture within the team.
- Collaborate with the Product and GTM teams to ensure regional marketing aligns with product launches and company growth priorities.
- Own and manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation to maximise impact.
- Maintain a high-level of fluency with marketing technologies, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools.
- Lead and mentor regional team members or external agency partners, where applicable, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a SaaS or technology organisation, with proven impact on pipeline generation.
- Deep understanding of demand generation frameworks, full-funnel marketing, and growth levers (acquisition, activation, retention).
- Demonstrated success in running integrated marketing campaigns across international regions.
- Analytically driven, with expertise in defining and measuring KPIs, campaign attribution, and ROI.
- Experienced with marketing and sales technology stacks, including CRM and automation platforms.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A growth mindset with a passion for innovation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
