Company overview:

We are a trailblazing health tech company on a mission to revolutionize the nursing home and post-acute space. Our innovative AI software is transforming admissions and care delivery in these settings. We’ve raised $38M to date and are experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to help us scale with focus, speed, and discipline.

Job description:

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO who will operate as the CEO’s right hand. This person will work closely with the CEO across the most important priorities in the company, helping extend leverage, improve execution, and keep the organization aligned as we grow.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership position for someone who can step into a constant flow of day-to-day demands and make sure the right things get handled quickly and well. A lot comes in every day, from internal follow-ups and customer issues to hiring needs, operational questions, strategic analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This person will help the CEO stay focused by taking ownership of what needs to move, bringing structure to ambiguity, and ensuring important work does not stall.

This will be a challenging job. It requires strong judgment, excellent follow-through, and the ability to operate calmly in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. You should be comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and small execution details, and you should have a strong bias toward action.

You will work across functions including product, go-to-market, operations, hiring, and fundraising. Your job is to create clarity, keep momentum high, and make the company more effective day to day.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the CEO on the company’s highest-priority work and day-to-day follow-through
  • Help manage and action a constant stream of internal and external requests, ensuring the most important items are handled quickly and effectively
  • Take ownership of ongoing tasks and cross-functional work that need executive attention, and push them through to completion
  • Help the CEO prioritize time, energy, and attention against the most important company needs
  • Turn ambiguous issues into clear next steps, with owners, timelines, and follow-up
  • Drive accountability across teams by making sure decisions are translated into action
  • Prepare materials, analysis, and recommendations for internal meetings, board meetings, investor conversations, and strategic decisions
  • Identify bottlenecks, dropped balls, and organizational risks before they become bigger problems
  • Improve operating cadence by helping run planning, goal-setting, and leadership team follow-up
  • Serve as a force multiplier for the CEO by extending reach across the company and ensuring priorities are executed well

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, investing, startups, operations, or a chief of staff role
  • Strong judgment and structured thinking in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proven ability to drive work independently and influence across teams without formal authority
  • High attention to detail and a strong bias toward action
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and maturity
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to keep many threads moving at once

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who wants to be in the middle of how a company scales
  • Someone who is energized by helping a CEO and leadership team operate at a higher level
  • Someone who can handle a demanding, high-volume role without losing sharpness or follow-through
  • Someone with low ego, high ownership, and great instincts
