About the Role

We’re hiring our first Content Marketing Manager to join our newly established Growth team. This is a true 0 → 1 role, the function starts with you. Your job is to build the content engine that powers GTM: a clear content calendar, repeatable customer proof (case studies), and an insights / reports program that helps ExaCare become the most trusted voice in post-acute care. This won’t be a “write a few blogs and call it content” job. You’ll shape what we say, how we say it, and how content turns into pipeline.

We’re looking for a high-agency builder who wants real surface area — someone who’s excited to be involved everywhere (thought leadership, reports, webinars, YouTube / video, website / SEO, and sales enablement). This is a low ego, high output environment. You’re the kind of person who loves building from scratch, is excited about the world of content engineering, always wants to learn, prides themselves in having great taste, and most importantly, wants to have fun while making a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the 0 → 1 content engine: Establish the editorial strategy, content calendar, production workflow, and distribution cadence that we can scale (without needing perfect inputs or a massive team), including how content gets repurposed across web, email, social, webinars, and sales follow-ups.
  • Create compelling customer proof: Build a repeatable case study + proof library motion (one-pagers, quotes, outcomes, before / after stories, etc.) to fuel Sales + Growth.
  • Launch an insights + reports program: Build a flagship reports / insights motion that positions ExaCare as the trusted voice in post-acute admissions and operations (+ a plan to repurpose into campaigns, webinars, clips, and outbound assets).
  • Run content-led campaigns: Own the content-side of campaign planning (e.g., webinar topics / assets, etc.) and partner with Growth on distribution.
  • Own SEO + website content that converts: Build a topic-first SEO / AEO driven content roadmap and improve high-intent pages (solutions / industry pages, tools / calculators, a robust resource hub, etc. ) so content drives both demand and conversion.
  • AI-first content ops: Leverage the new age of content engineering / ops tools to accelerate research, production, refreshing, and personalization (e.g., AirOps, Profound, etc.).

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience, with ideally 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing roles (sales-led preferred, but not required).
  • Pipeline-minded content: You’ve built content that drives measurable outcomes (meetings, pipeline, conversion), not just traffic, and are comfortable being analytical.
  • Strong editorial craft + taste: You write clearly, credible, and with judgement, especially for high-trust industries like healthcare. You also pride yourself in having excellent taste.
  • Customer proof experience: You know how to turn customer stories and interviews into case studies and proof assets that actually matter.
  • SEO / AEO fundamentals: You can build and execute a topic-led content roadmap, tailored for traditional and AI search. You do not need to be an expert in SEO, but you should have a baseline understanding and strong curiosity to learn.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You’ve partnered with Growth / Sales/ PMM to turn content into integrated growth campaigns, robust lifecycle motions, and compelling sales enablement.
  • Builder energy: You’ve created structure from ambiguity — systems, processes, and tooling that scales without slowing execution (or you have a desire to do so). This includes being keen to delve into the world of content engineering.
  • Low ego, high output: You ship, you iterate, you’re direct and collaborative, and you don’t need perfect conditions to make progress (+ you want to have fun while working).
