We’re a trailblazing health tech company on a mission to revolutionize the nursing home & post-acute space. Our AI software transforms admissions and care delivery. We’ve raised $30M and are growing fast. We’re hiring a Founding Marketing Manager to build our marketing motion from zero to one.
About the Role
You’ll be the first dedicated marketer—an entrepreneurial generalist who can set strategy and ship. You’ll own positioning, demand generation, content, and early brand, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and our leadership team. Many customers begin with pilots, so you’ll craft narratives and programs that land value quickly and expand across organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Positioning & Messaging: Define ICPs, value props, and competitive narrative for post-acute and related segments
- Pipeline & Programs: Launch scrappy, high-signal campaigns across paid, organic, partnerships, and field; design pilot nurture and ABM plays to open and accelerate deals.
- Content Engine: Write and ship assets—website copy, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences, webinar content, and thought leadership—with an SEO backbone.
- Lifecycle & Enablement: Build onboarding/nurture flows for prospects and customers; craft sales enablement (decks, battlecards) that improve win rates and shorten cycles.
- Website & Analytics: Own site/landing pages, conversion testing, and analytics; set up dashboards for traffic → MQL → SQL → revenue and pilot→rollout conversion.
- Brand & Creative: Evolve our visual identity and voice; ensure consistency across product, web, and GTM collateral.
- Events & Community (selective): Spin up targeted events/roundtables and advocate programs with operators in post-acute care.
- Operating Cadence: Establish a weekly marketing review, experiment backlog, and clear OKRs tied to pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6+ years in B2B marketing at a high-growth startup, with hands-on generalist experience (strategy + execution).
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through multi-channel programs (paid, content/SEO, email, partnerships/ABM).
- Strong writing and storytelling; comfortable interviewing customers and turning insights into compelling assets.
- Data-fluent: sets up tracking, reads dashboards, and runs A/B tests; comfortable with light design tools and no-code web editors.
- Collaborative, low-ego operator who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and iterates based on signal.
- Bonus: healthcare or post-acute familiarity; PLG + sales-led hybrid experience.

We are hybrid in NYC but also open to remote candidates.
