We’re hiring a Treasury Systems & Process Analyst II at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
As a Treasury Systems & Process Analyst II, you will be vital in supporting and advancing the Treasury Department’s operation excellence by advanced analysis of financial data and delivering insightful reporting to drive organizational decision-making. This position combines robust financial systems expertise with a strategic focus on process improvement, automation and scalability. The role emphasizes working with data analytic tools like Alteryx to streamline operations, build workflows and drive data-driven decision-making across the Treasury team. Your expertise will help identify trends, streamline reporting, and support strategic business initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain data workflows to automate Treasury reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by implementing validation checks, and verify workflows are running correctly and efficiently.
- Perform in-depth analysis and reporting of Treasury metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and support financial decision-making
- Lead small-sized cross-functional improvement projects including requirements gathering data, solution design, user testing and training.
- Identify process gaps and operational risks and implement dual control strategies where needed to ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policy.
- Use your strong analytical skills to solve business problems across the company and its systems
- Analyze a wide range of data and turn that data into action, whether that looks like process improvements, best business practices, or other data-backed solutions
- Ensuring data accuracy by performing data cleansing, validation checks, and identifying potential discrepancies through SQL and API methods.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be qualified to work in the United States - we are not sponsoring any candidates at this time.
- Advanced proficiency in Alteryx or another data analytics system (minimum 2 years)
- Working knowledge of APIs and accompanying tools such as Postman
- Expert-level Excel skills and familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- BI tool experience (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) a plus
- Working knowledge of financial data: forecasting, reporting, and analysis experience, a basic understanding of financial data, financial systems, and general business processes that feed them required
- Ability to swiftly extract key insights from data
- Proven ability to approach complex problems with curiosity and an analytical mindset
- Adapt quickly, manage competing projects and challenge the status quo
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Accounting/Finance or related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing databases, and performing data manipulations and analysis
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury operations or business process improvement
- Previous experience with Treasury processes and metrics is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
