We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced Treasury Supervisor to join our Treasury team. This is a critical role overseeing focusing on the oversight of the lease administration function for both equipment and real estate, while also expanding into supporting other strategic treasury responsibilities. This position reports to the Treasury Manager and will play a leadership role in managing lease-related operations and enhancing process efficiency, compliance, and accuracy across lease and treasury-related functions. The ideal candidate brings strong supervisory experience, deep knowledge of real estate and lease processes, familiarity with accounting systems and a desire to lead various projects in Treasury department’s operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Lease Administration Leadership:

  • Lead the administration of all equipment and real estate leases throughout their lifecycle, including setup, renewals, modifications, escalations, buyout and terminations.
  • Serve as a system subject matter expert for Lease Accelerator, ensuring accurate lease entry, maintenance, and reconciliation in coordination with Accounting.
  • Partner with Legal, Real Estate, Tax, Fleet, and Accounting departments to ensure compliance and consistency in lease documentation and reporting.
  • Oversee the tracking of lease maturity dates and coordinate actions with Executive and Fleet Management teams.
  • Review and approve all equipment leases for signature and ensure all equipment and real estate leases are accurately entered into our accounting system.
  • Support quarterly and annual internal and external audit requirements, including debt confirmations and documentation gathering.

Supervisory & Training Duties:

  • Supervise the Lease Administration team, reviewing workloads, assigning projects, and ensuring efficiency.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for Lease Administration staff.
  • Lead efforts to standardize procedures and implement best practices across the function.

Treasury Support:

  • Take ownership of selected responsibilities from the Treasury Manager, contributing to projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Assist with process enhancements related to lease tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and treasury compliance.
  • Provide support on special treasury projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Deep knowledge of lease lifecycle management, especially in real estate and equipment contexts.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and lease accounting standards.
  • Proficiency with Lease Accelerator or similar lease accounting platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ability to analyze and reconcile large datasets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with audit processes and interdepartmental collaboration.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant lease administration and supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
