EquipmentShare is searching for an Information Systems Manager for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and document SaaS applications, IaaS/PaaS, and on-premise systems.
- Plan documentation on evaluating, integrating, and governing the newly adopted IT best practices for SaaS/PaaS/IaaS application/system adoption, license provisioning, and user onboarding and offboarding.
- Responsible for ensuring that all Identity, Privilege and Access management operates efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with required regulations, policies, and processes to support EquipmentShare's business, security & integrity of the IT operations.
- Determines KPIs for our SaaS app's adoption, usage, and sentiment and delivers reports to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and monitor SaaS applications aiming to reduce any redundancy and bring out the cost-effectiveness of these applications.
- Manage your SaaS application life cycles by creating a SaaS renewal calendar. Build a collaborative evaluation process to evaluate past performance and plan for upcoming renewal dates.
- Create ongoing partnerships with SaaS/IaaS/PaaS vendors and individual department managers to do digital transformation plans and increase the organizational ROI, effectiveness, and agility.
- Assist key departments, including Operations, HR, Finance, Manufacturing, and others, in finding the most effective solutions to increase business growth.
- Assists teams in evaluating the best practices independently and adopting a value-driven mindset while purchasing new solutions.
- To provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service to all constituents and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular leadership and guidance to the software infrastructure team while fostering a culture based on trust, service, and continuous improvement.
- To accept and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in modern Saas/Cloud-based infrastructure and systems such as Google Workspace/G Suite, Google Admin, Okta, Apple Business Manager and JAMF.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving technology landscape and keep pace with the latest thinking and new technologies.
- Ability to function with a high degree of independence and collaboration with direct reports, other employees, and senior leaders.
- Track record of building and effectively managing diverse teams and implementing the appropriate processes and infrastructure to drive growth.
- Experience in managing workloads in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Expert analytical and quantitative skills; experience using complex data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- At least a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong foundation in infrastructure and systems management.
- At least a minimum of 2 years of proven experience leading technical teams in a fast-paced IT environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
