We’re looking for an SEO & Website Associate to join our high-performing Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation and working closely with our Senior SEO Specialist, you will support SEO growth initiatives through outreach, link-building, website updates, and AI visibility campaigns.

Responsibilities

As an SEO & Website Associate, you will:

  • Support all link-building campaigns: manage outreach for external backlinks and contribute to internal linking improvements.
  • Contribute to brand visibility efforts by assisting with campaigns focused on AI visibility, online mentions, and digital authority building.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and uncover new link-building opportunities.
  • Identify outreach opportunities using tools like NoBS, Hunter, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Maintain and update website content in WordPress, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Publish landing pages and content updates in collaboration with the content and design teams to support SEO and PPC initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance and keyword rankings under the guidance of the Senior SEO Specialist, using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Assist with reporting by collecting data and sharing performance insights with the team.
  • Stay informed on SEO, AI visibility, and marketing trends to continuously improve our digital footprint and expand your skills over time.

To succeed in this role as our SEO & Website Associate, you should have:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website management related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a team-player attitude.
  • Interest in building a career in digital marketing.

Nice to haves:

  • Basic familiarity with SEO principles (keywords, link building, rankings).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or another CMS.
  • Exposure to SEO tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Experience supporting link-building outreach campaigns.
