We are looking for an Account Executive for the Americas region to join our sales team. As an Americas Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in the Americas region. You will work closely with prospects and customers, understanding their training needs and offering solutions that fit their requirements. You will be instrumental in driving revenue for the company and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
    • Understand customer needs and conduct bespoke product demonstrations to meet their training requirements
    • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure the seamless handover for new clients to the Customer Success Team
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) including sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

To be successful in this role as an Account Executive, you should have:

    • At least 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry
    • Availability to cover US work hours (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
    • Hands-on outbound sales experience, including cold calling and email outreach
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
    • Experience in the E-learning or HR software industry is a plus
    • Familiarity with common sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler is a plus
