Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment and help build a strong, engaged workforce. You will partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and deliver a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has hands-on experience managing recruitment operations and building talent pipelines.
Working Hours – 2 PM to 11 PM (IST)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role expectations, and support candidate selection.
- Create and update job descriptions and interview frameworks aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including check-ins and integration support.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and interview feedback in the ATS.
- Track and prepare monthly recruitment reports to support insights and decision-making.
- Continuously improve talent acquisition processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices across all roles.
- Own and execute assigned talent acquisition projects end-to-end.
- Time-to-Hire: Reduction in the average time taken to fill open positions.
- Quality of Hire: Percentage of new hires meeting performance expectations and staying beyond probation.
Offer Acceptance Rate: High acceptance rate for extended offers.Candidate Experience: Positive feedback from candidates on the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition in product-based IT / HealthTech organisation.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized, process-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Experienced working on ADP & JIRA would be added advantage
