Job Description:
At ELLKAY, a trailblazing US-based multinational SaaS leader, we're redefining how Healthcare IT can harness cloud technology to drive growth and efficiency. With a presence across continents and a commitment to cutting-edge innovation, our Global Legal team is the backbone of our trusted partnerships. We're now seeking a Contracts Manager to serve as a strategic quasi-counsel partner in our high-stakes SaaS contracting world. This isn't just a role—it's your chance to shape global deals, optimize processes, and report directly to our Global General Counsel as part of a tight-knit, 4-person international team (one of only two in the US!).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive Contract Excellence: Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS-centric agreements like subscriptions, MSAs, NDAs, and vendor deals—ensuring they fuel revenue while minimizing risks.
- Master the Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end contract workflows using CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM), from intake to renewals, with seamless integrations to Salesforce and beyond.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Product teams, and our India-based review squad to accelerate deals and standardize processes across borders.
- Mitigate & Innovate: Spot legal pitfalls in data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), IP, SLAs, and more; audit for compliance and pioneer AI-enhanced review tools.
- Advise & Optimize: Deliver insights on trends and metrics to executive leadership, refine templates/playbooks, and tackle special projects like M&A support. Expect a dynamic mix of strategic advisory and hands-on execution in a supportive, async-friendly culture spanning time zones.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in contracts management, paralegal, or similar roles, with deep SaaS expertise (think subscription models, usage pricing, cloud SLAs). Multinational/cross-border exposure is a must.
- Skills: Proficiency in CLM systems and MS Office; bonus for CRM integrations. Sharp negotiator with top-tier communication, analytical chops, and the ability to prioritize in chaos.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Masters, JD or paralegal cert a plus, but not required).
- Mindset: US work authorization required. Comfortable with 5% travel and thriving in ambiguity. Bonus: Experience in tech/legal ops optimization.
