Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

The role of Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the integration, security, and infrastructure subject matter expert (SME) and IT-facing point of contact in North America. Working closely with the frontline Sales Directors and Solutions Engineers, the Solutions Architect will overlay in the sales process to bridge the gap between business and IT. While customer facing work will largely be in North America, this role will collaborate globally with other Solutions Architects to maintain global standards and current product knowledge.

What you’ll do:

  • Pre-Sales Engagements: Serve as the technical and security expert in business development and sales meetings with prospects, customers, and partners. Lead discussions around the technical aspects of the product capabilities and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Lead Technical Presentations: Deliver clear and concise technical presentations, demonstrating the value of our products and ensuring the technology landscape is properly represented in sales engagements.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders such as product, engineering, R&D, DevOps, and support teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver optimal solutions to customers.
  • Act as an SME for API Integration: Provide subject-matter expertise on API system integrations, address technical aspects, and help customers navigate complex IT systems.
  • Lead Security sessions: complete security questionnaires to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Technical Analysis & Documentation: Automated the responses for customer Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Provide comprehensive technical documentation, business use cases, and technical analysis to support the sales team.

  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the FinTech sector will be key, helping you understand the specific needs of the industry and apply them in your role

Salary range: $160,000-$180,000
