Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Earnix, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers across the DACH region, helping create meaningful top-of-funnel engagement with insurance, financial services, and other highly regulated organisations. You will help drive pipeline creation by identifying, reaching, and qualifying prospects who can benefit from Earnix’s industry-leading intelligent decisioning platform.

What You’ll Do

Engage outbound prospects across the Insurance market. You'll research your target accounts, build personalised outreach sequences, and deliver compelling messaging that resonates with decision-makers. This work shapes the earliest stages of the sales cycle and establishes Earnix as a trusted partner.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads with structured discovery. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, understand prospect challenges, and identify high‑value opportunities that align with Earnix’s strategic priorities. Your ability to quickly assess fit ensures efficiency and accuracy in our pipeline.

Partner closely with Account Executives to accelerate opportunities. You’ll support collaboration by sharing insights, logging deal‑critical information, and ensuring smooth handovers that improve conversion rates. This strengthens the sales team's ability to drive enterprise-level outcomes.

Maintain accurate, timely activity tracking. You’ll use CRM best practices to track conversations, sequences, and lead progression, ensuring visibility and transparency across the team. This helps support forecasting and strategic planning.

Requirements

You’ll Do It Using

6+ months of relevant sales experience, ideally involving outreach to insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. This experience helps you engage complex organisations with confidence and professionalism.

Fluency in German, enabling strong, clear communication with prospects across the DACH region and supporting localised engagement strategies.

Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, which allows you to manage sequences, track interactions, and execute data‑driven workflows. Leveraging these systems will help you operate with precision and efficiency.

Familiarity with modern outbound and prospecting tools, enabling strong productivity, structured outreach, and high‑impact communication.
