As a Sales Development Representative focusing on the French market, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers across France’s insurance, banking, and other highly regulated sectors. You will help build top‑of‑funnel engagement, identify qualified opportunities, and connect the needs of French organisations with Earnix’s industry‑leading intelligent decisioning platform.
What You’ll Do
Drive outbound engagement across the French Insurance markets. You’ll research accounts, craft tailored outreach sequences in French, and deliver messaging that demonstrates a strong understanding of the industry’s challenges. This work creates a pipeline and positions Earnix as a trusted partner from the first interaction.
Qualify prospects through structured discovery. You’ll lead thoughtful conversations to understand business priorities, assess fit, and uncover where Earnix can deliver high-value outcomes. Your ability to ask the right questions ensures we prioritise opportunities with the strongest potential.
Partner with Account Executives to accelerate pipeline development. You will provide detailed context from your prospecting efforts, share insights that can shape deal strategy, and enable smooth handovers. This collaboration strengthens the team’s ability to convert opportunities efficiently.
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and activity tracking. You’ll use Salesforce and HubSpot to log activities, monitor lead progression, and support visibility across the sales organisation. This helps drive data‑driven forecasting and aligned decision‑making.
Requirements
You’ll Do It Using
6+ months of sales or prospecting experience, ideally involving outreach into insurance, banking, or other highly regulated industries. This gives you the foundation to engage large, complex French organisations with confidence and credibility.
Fluency in French enables you to communicate clearly with stakeholders, craft localised outreach messaging, and build trusted relationships across the French market.
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, which allows you to manage your pipeline effectively, record detailed activity, and maintain high operational consistency. These tools help you operate with precision and agility.
Knowledge of outbound prospecting tools and best practices, enabling you to design productive sequences, personalise messaging at scale, and manage high‑quality outreach.
