What you’ll do:

· Develop, validate, and implement predictive models (e.g., generalized linear models, machine learning models, etc.) to support pricing, offers, and customer decisioning across banking products (e.g., consumer loans, credit cards, deposits).

· Build, configure, and calibrate individual optimization strategies to enable personalized pricing and offer strategies.

· Use Python and other tools to prepare data, engineer features, and integrate statistical and machine learning models into Earnix.

· Support clients in structuring pricing logic, constraints, business rules, and optimization objectives within the platform.

· Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, business-oriented insights for analytics, product, and management teams.

· Lead user training sessions and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of Earnix solutions.

· Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer’s journey, from implementation and beyond, ensuring best practices and project quality.

You’ll do it using:

· Experience in banking analytics, pricing, credit risk, demand modeling, or related quantitative roles.

· Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning (e.g., regression, tree-based models, optimization).

· Proficiency in Excel, Python and/or R. · Demonstrating a strong commitment to learn and adapt to our clients' unique requirements, even in unfamiliar areas. Ability to work with large, complex datasets and real-world data quality constraints.

· Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (required) and Spanish (preferred).

Backgrounds in finance, data science, economics, engineering, mathematics, or actuarial science are all relevant.

Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000 USD
