Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The ideal candidate will efficiently manage their calendars, coordinate communications, facilitate seamless operations, and get involved in special projects aligned with corporate events, operational processes, and strategic initiatives to enable these senior leaders to focus on driving growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and coordinate detailed calendars for both the CMO and CRO, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and prioritize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents for both executives
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items
  • Act as a liaison between the CMO, CRO, internal teams, and external contacts
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and sales events, corporate functions, and special initiatives
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Support special projects related to corporate events, operational process improvements, and strategic initiatives
  • Conduct research, assist with data collection, and provide administrative support for projects
  • Oversee office supplies and operational needs related to executive support

Requirements

You’ll Do It Using:

  • 1-2 years with proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level, or similar, supporting senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations a plus
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, self-starter who is willing to lean in and learn within a smaller, fast-paced team
  • Customer-first orientation
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary Range:

$40,000-$60,000
