About The Role

We are seeking Product experts who have seen it all and are eager to be in ‘build mode’ again as part of a best-in-class team of industry leaders. You will need to bring proven experience of execution, agility and delivery along with the enthusiasm and humor to problem solve when operating at pace.

As a VP, Product at DriveWealth, you will play a crucial role in realizing our mission of fostering financial independence. Your focus will be on driving product improvement, expansion, and scalability while overseeing key delivery milestones and goals.

Products can range from asset-focused to crypto and into the middle office. You will work collaboratively with Product peers to identify and prioritize opportunities to simplify and enhance our processes, craft cutting-edge solutions to modernize the trading experience. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable capabilities - this will demand the ability to influence, guide and guarantee successful product delivery.

As the subject matter expert in your domain, you will monitor adoption and usage, continually iterating to refine and enhance the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy in close alignment with business strategy, market trends, regulatory changes and partner needs
  • Create and manage product roadmaps that balance strategic innovation with solving high-value client use cases such as trade executions, settlements, clearing across traditional asset classes and digital assets.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Compliance, Design, and Operations — to translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with go-to-market and service delivery plans
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, critically assessing feedback to ensure relevant datapoints inform product enhancements and strategic direction
  • Integrate regulatory requirements into product strategy and design to ensure compliance without compromising user experience or innovation
  • Drive modular product designs to ensure that product offerings champion user experience and support diverse partner types
  • Establish and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement, leveraging data to inform decision-making
  • Partner with Relationship Management and Sales to understand market positioning, conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for differentiation, ensuring that DriveWealth's offerings remain innovative and competitive
  • Identify opportunities to embed Al and automation into the product experience to improve efficiency and partner outcomes

What You’ll Need

  • 15+ years of experience in product management within fintech or highly regulated industries, with a strong understanding of brokerage technology and financial services
  • Expertise in specialized brokerage offerings such as options, fixed income, mutual funds, clearing/ops, account lifecycle, FIX execution, crypto, developing in a B2B setting
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex product initiatives from inception to launch, with tangible results that reflect strong business outcomes
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational details, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading teams in an Agile environment, driving iterative development and continuous feedback
  • Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes, fostering buy-in for product initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data analytics tools to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$300,000$400,000 USD
