About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll help deliver world-class investing infrastructure that powers fintechs and banks around the globe. You’ll oversee the full product development lifecycle—from strategy through execution—ensuring alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical delivery. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment, while also mentoring your squad and driving execution with clarity and focus.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the product strategy, ensuring it supports both business objectives and customer value
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from discovery and planning to delivery and iteration
- Partner closely with the squad’s tech lead to align on priorities, refine technical feasibility, and sequence the product backlog
- Define, write, and continuously refine user stories and requirements that are actionable for engineering and meaningful to the end user
- Serve as the point of accountability for delivery within your squad while fostering a strong, collaborative team dynamic
- Provide guidance and mentorship to squad members and ensure team performance remains high
- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, operations, compliance, and design to ensure alignment and successful product outcomes
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to relevant financial regulations and internal compliance standards
What You’ll Need
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks; CSM certification a plus
- 5+ years of product ownership or technical program management experience, ideally within fintech or a similarly complex environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and deliver results
- Strong understanding of agile development practices and product lifecycle management
- Strategic thinking combined with deep attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience writing detailed user stories and managing product backlogs
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, G-Suite, and Slack
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical or business-related field
Nice to Have, But Not Required
- Background in brokerage, wealth management, or regulated financial services
- Experience working with APIs and embedded finance platforms
- Familiarity with money movement, transaction handling, or compliance workflows

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.
