About the Role
We are looking to expand our DriveWealth Treasury team to Lithuania. The Treasury team oversees and mitigates risks associated with DriveWealth’s liquidity, capital, and funding, as well as the movement of funds for both clients and DriveWealth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and is eager to drive new processes and strategies to support the company's ongoing growth and success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a liaison between operations, business, technology, and finance departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on matters relating to liquidity and cash management (e.g., settlements, clearing).
- Oversee cash settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage reporting, including analyzing and explaining changes and identifying trends.
- Mitigate risks and implement efficiencies associated with Treasury activities, ensuring compliance and best practices are maintained.
What You’ll Need
- Knowledge of broker-dealer transactions
- Excellent communication with peers and management alike
- Proficiency in Excel
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in finance
- English language proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Compensation
