The Role:
Great GTM teams are built on focus, cohesion, drive, and - of course - a winning product. We’re looking for a talented Sales Development Rep (SDR) preferably located in Central Or Eastern timezone to join our team at Demostack. We need passionate individuals who thrive on tackling complex challenges. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, hunger, teamwork, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
The goal of the SDR is to consistently secure qualified meetings. The role involves meticulous research to identify promising prospects, adept engagement strategies to foster interest, and persuasive techniques to prompt prospects to schedule calls or demos with AEs. By employing a variety of tools and approaches, the SDR ensures a consistent flow of opportunities for the sales team.

Demostack serves sales teams at companies like Gainsight, Motive, Xactly, Deltek and more. We’re looking for an Account Executive who is well-versed in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and prioritize ICP prospect lists using LI Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zoominfo, consistently meeting targets
- Complete detailed research on target companies and prospects
- Engage with prospects through email, cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and video, employing personalized messages within ICP accounts
- Use LI Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zoominfo to find and source ICP accounts and prospects
- Inform and educate prospects about Demostack’s demo experience offering and unique features
- Maintain comprehensive activity logs in CRM (Hubspot) and messaging platform (Apollo)
- Meet monthly quotas for prospect outreach and discovery meetings
- Cultivate expertise in demo operations within relevant industries and domains
What You Bring:
- Help shape the SDR function as our 2nd hire, playing a critical role as the team scales
- Minimum 1+ years of successful SDR experience in SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding quota
- Passion for cold calling (50-75 calls/day)
- Multi touch outreach experience: Calls, emails, social selling, Direct Mail, video
- Proficiency with data platforms, Apollo (or SalesLoft/Outreach), LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Hubspot , Zoominfo, Clay
- Extremely personable and likable (can strike up a conversation with anyone)
- Door-opening ability/Tenaciousness
- Desire to be in sales as a career
- Self-motivated, resilient, with a positive attitude and goal-oriented passion
- Proactive drive (there’s always opportunity to find a new way to connect with a prospect)
- Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
