Summary:

Working as a Software Engineer at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to grow their skills in cloud-based security software.

This position will be hybrid in our office in Reforma on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to the development of the Privilege Manager SaaS service and agent, learning the technology and systems that underpin the service

  • Write, test, and maintain code for scalable cloud-based applications using C#/.NET and client-installed agents

  • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for software quality and security

  • Assist in troubleshooting cloud-production issues under guidance from senior team members

  • Work on a Privilege Manager service product team, contributing to feature enhancements and customer fixes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) using Scrum processes to understand requirements and implement solutions

  • Learn to optimize applications for performance and scalability

  • Participate in improving development processes, including code quality, testing, and monitoring

  • Grow your technical skills through mentorship from senior engineers

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ years of professional experience working as a software engineer

  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and tackle technical challenges

  • Experience with C# and .NET development (exposure to .NET Core is a plus)

  • Good communication skills in English (written and oral), with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Desire to deliver high-quality solutions to customers

  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and basic software development practices

  • Willingness to learn about DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks

  • Interest in cloud technologies and security principles

  • Understanding of SQL and database concepts

We'd Love to See:

  • Experience or coursework in cybersecurity or security-focused software development

  • Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms

  • Experience with unit testing and test-driven development

  • Knowledge of Windows development

  • Previous internship or co-op experience in software development

  • Experience of working with AI tools to enhance the development process
