Position Summary

Delinea is looking for a strong UX Product Designer to help drive our renewed focus on best-in-class design and optimal customer experience across our product portfolio. As a UX Product Designer, you will be a key member of the Product Management Group, collaborating closely with our engineering and product marketing teams to design and deliver new features that add value for customers and are easy to use. We are seeking an innovative and motivated self-starter who has experience designing for enterprise B2B applications.

This position will be Hybrid in our Mexico City Office - In Office Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

  • ·Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

  • Illustrate early design ideas using storyboards, user flows and conceptual designs.

  • Develop detailed UI mockups and prototypes that illustrate functional and visual specifications.

  • Prepare and present your work to internal teams and key stakeholders to gather feedback.

  • Design, prototype, and iterate on product designs rapidly and concurrently.

  • Review the work of your design peers and provide thoughtful, respectful feedback.

  • Adhere to and contribute to the Delinea Design System, leveraging a deep fluency of the product’s core capabilities, differentiators, and target markets.

  • Assist the engineering and product management teams throughout implementation and launch, providing all necessary visual assets, styling attributes and design quality assurance reviews.

Skills & Requirements

  • BS in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or relevant field preferred or equivalent work experience

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer

  • Deep knowledge of design software tools, including Figma. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS preferred.

  • Portfolio of design projects

  • Excellent skills with cross-functional team collaboration and time management.

  • Demonstrable experience collaborating with diverse teams of engineers, researchers, product managers, and marketers to bring innovative products to market

  • Experience working successfully within a fast-paced SaaS/B2B organization

  • A true passion for application design, and a successful track-record as a self-starter working independently without constant supervision

  • Working knowledge of the cyber security space preferred but not required.
