Summary:

Working as Principal Lead Sofware Development Engineering at Delinea means being a part of a highly capable, collaborative, and agile development team. Delinea is creating awesome software that's used by thousands of IT professionals all over the globe.

This role will be directly reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager of the team and work Hybrid in our Mexico City office.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a Delinea Sprint team of software engineers - both the people and the projects that they work on.

• Work specifically on an on-premises desktop application offered by Delinea named Connection Manager.

• Plan, execute, and deliver high quality software projects on time and within budget.

• Using Scrum processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience as a lead and running Agile Sprint team with very strong technical and personal skills.

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development (.NET and C#)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management.

We’d Love to See:

• Experience with building a Desktop Application on Windows and Mac OS in the real-world is a plus

• Stay up to date with industry trends, security best practices, and emerging technologies related to core technologies used in the product.
