Position Summary:

Our growing technology company seeks an experienced IT professional to join our elite team. We are looking for a self-motivated, customer service-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide internal technical support in an efficient and accurate manner, advise and assist project teams with technology needs, and assist with the maintenance and growth of our IT systems. You will be the company's front line for solving IT-related problems.

This position will be hybrid in our Mexico City office (which is soon to open).

What You'll Do:

  • Perform daily system monitoring of the nearby office to ensure operations run smoothly

  • Provide OS, application, hardware, and VoIP support for on-site and remote access users

  • Perform desktop/laptop hardware upgrades

  • Manage hardware and software inventory

  • Purchase and Expense end-user issued equipment, as needed.

  • Ensure seamless employee on-boarding and off-boarding, including account setup, basic training, and directory maintenance

  • Create and maintain organized system documentation and improve IT-related processes

  • Partake in project planning, deploying, maintaining, and decommissioning IT software systems

  • Network Administration for local office, including purchasing, mounting and update equipment.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of applicable experience in a support desk or systems administration role

  • Hands-on endpoint deployment experience (Windows and macOS required)

  • Microsoft 365 Experience (Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra/AAD) Required

  • Familiarity with VMware Workstation or Hyper-V a plus

  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, scheduling of Windows tasks, and backup methodologies.

  • Familiarity with VoIP, VDI (Windows 365), Dell, Lenovo and Surface workstations

  • Familiarity with SDN style networking like Ubiquiti, Meraki, etc.

  • Experience with Help Desk Service Request systems such as Zendesk

  • Familiarity with remote access and meeting software, specifically Zoom and Teams, including webinar subcomponents. Teams Rooms a plus.

  • Familiarity with macOS and related devices

  • Familiarity with corporate communication systems such as Teams, Slack, etc.

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Willing to respond to emergency events during non-business hours

  • Desired certifications: MCP, A+, Network+, Server+, or similar

  • Highly self-motivated and always willing to go the extra mile

  • Excellent technical and strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills

  • Excellent problem solver and creative thinker

  • Keen attention to detail
