About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Demand Generation Manager to build and scale Deepdub’s B2B paid acquisition engine. This is a builder role. not agency management.

You will create, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns yourself across:

  • LinkedIn Ads (core channel)
  • Google Ads (brand, competitor, retargeting)
  • working in an ABM approach to target developers and C-level audiences.

You’ll own performance from strategy to execution to optimization. This is a startup-mode role: fast pace, high ownership, and direct impact on pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Deepdub’s B2B paid strategy across LinkedIn (core) and Google Ads.
  • Build and manage campaigns end-to-end: targeting, budgets, ad copy, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Run brand, non-brand, competitor, retargeting, and ABM campaigns targeting developers, enterprise accounts, and C-level decision-makers.
  • Analyze performance and optimize based on funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL) and real pipeline/revenue impact.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting, with a strong understanding of the full marketing funnel.
  • Lead partner-driven demand gen programs (AWS & ecosystem) and collaborate closely with Sales on ICP and pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B paid media experience (SaaS / AI / Enterprise preferred).
  • Strong LinkedIn Ads + Google Ads experience - must.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize campaigns end-to-end and drive pipeline (not just leads).
  • Experience with ABM and targeting enterprise / C-level audiences.
  • Analytical, performance-driven, with strong copy skills.
  • Startup mindset with high ownership.
  • Perfect English - must.
  • Based in Israel (in-office).
  • Experience marketing to developers (developer ICP) - Strong advantage.
  • AI / deep tech background - advantage.
  • Experience with B2B Reddit campaigns - advantage.
