About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and drive new sales opportunities for our Voice eTTS™ API. You will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth plans in the agentic voice market and API by managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and self-management, as the successful candidate will often work independently while collaborating with senior leadership remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound and outbound lead generation, effectively qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through to deal closure.
  • Manage cloud alliance relationships (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and segmentation for targeted account mapping.
  • Initiate, foster, and close relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Utilize sales development and CRM tools to orchestrate and streamline end-to-end sales activities.
  • Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of upsell opportunities and new prospects.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in global industry events, representing Deepdub and driving sales.
  • Assume responsibility for achieving pipeline, logo acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Use tools such as HubSpot, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, and Nooks for comprehensive sales management.
  • You will report directly to the CRO.

Requirements

  • 4 prior experience in Business Development or Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) roles.
  • Have experience working within the dynamic environment of a startup.
  • Excel in networking and comprehending client structures.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AI agents/APIs - advantage.
  • Exhibit outstanding organizational and self-management skills.
  • Native/Fluent - English.
  • Technical background or experience selling to technical buyers is a significant advantage
  • AI SaaS product BDR experience - advantage.
  • Prior experience in small teams or with remote managers is highly valued.

Willingness to travel internationally when required, might be over weekends.
