Responsibilities
- Support and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company standards.
- Work closely with the HR team on cross-functional initiatives and ongoing process improvements.
- Take an active role in end-to-end recruitment processes at scale, with a strong focus on mass hiring operations across multiple roles and systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and new hires, guiding them through the recruitment, onboarding, and early employment stages.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive, organized, and seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and data across HR systems and tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, hiring managers, operations, and finance to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery.
- Take part in HR welfare and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen employee experience and company culture.
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ year of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of English (written and spoken)- required.
- A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in HR operations and people processes.

- Full-time, on-site position based in our Tel Aviv offices.
