Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure the long-term satisfaction and success of our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, highly responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their goals with our product/services
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Identify customer needs, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Prepare reports and analyze customer data using Excel/Google Sheets
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Requirements
- Spanish speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems
