About the role
As a Customer Success Manager (New Markets) at DataSnipper, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to large enterprise customers, helping them unlock measurable value with our AI-powered platform. You will partner with your account team to drive outcomes across the full customer journey, from onboarding through renewal and expansion, while staying deeply curious about customer needs and emerging market trends.
This role is especially suited to someone who thrives in complex, ambiguous environments, enjoys uncovering what’s possible, and partners closely with customers to discover and validate product fit and value realization in new markets. You will bring structure to discovery, translate insights into clear success plans, and feed learnings back into our product and go-to-market teams.

What you will do
Own Enterprise Outcomes: Map customer goals to measurable success metrics, guide workflow implementation to deliver ROI, and ensure clear value realization.
Act as a Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain executive-level relationships across finance, operations, IT, and transformation teams.
Lead Discovery & New-Market Exploration: Uncover and validate new use cases, industries, and workflows, translating insights into actionable plans and internal learnings.
Drive Adoption & Enablement: Deliver onboarding, training, enablement, and ongoing coaching so customers consistently adopt DataSnipper capabilities.
Run Strategic Business Reviews: Establish a regular cadence to review adoption, outcomes, risks, and next steps, aligning on multi-quarter roadmaps.
Create & Execute Success Plans: Build structured success plans with milestones for onboarding, adoption, value delivery, renewals, and expansion.
Partner Cross-Functionally & Support Growth: Coordinate the right internal resources and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to improve enterprise readiness and progress expansion opportunities.

What you bring
Required experience: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or another client-facing role in B2B SaaS, with exposure to deep discovery in new markets and products.
Enterprise customer confidence: Comfort engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels, including senior leadership, in complex organizations.
Discovery mindset: Strong curiosity and structured thinking to explore new markets and workflows, validate product fit, and turn insights into action.
Outcome orientation: Proven ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes, with clear success metrics and value narratives.
Accountability and ownership: A strong sense of ownership over customer outcomes and a drive to follow through on details.
Collaborative approach: Able to work effectively across functions, communicate customer insights clearly, and align internal teams around customer needs.
Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-moving environments where customer needs and priorities evolve.
Excellence in communication: Professional fluency in English plus at least one European language (German, French, Dutch, or Spanish preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
