About the role
This is not a generic demand gen role. We need someone who can articulate the unique value of our partnerships, design programs that generate direct, attributable pipeline, and continuously optimize based on data. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partnerships, translating partner relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
You're commercially minded: you care about pipeline sourced and influenced, understand the mechanics of a B2B funnel, and make decisions based on data, not just activity. You've built partner marketing programs from strategy through execution, and you know what it takes to get partners excited and selling alongside you.
What you will do
Strategic Alliances, Networks, Channel relationships & development
Act as the strategic point of contact for DataSnipper's prioritized partners, alliances and networks, owning the relationship lifecycle from planning through execution.
Develop comprehensive annual strategic marketing plans for each key alliance, identifying whitespace, target verticals, and growth opportunities.
Build regular Partner, Alliance & Network engagement plans to keep members informed, motivated, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and business objectives.
Design enablement materials, such as co-branded content, sales collateral, and presentations, to equip Networks & Alliances with resources to promote our solutions.
Collaborate with Business Development, Partner & Sales teams to ensure alignment between Marketing efforts and overall commercial partnership strategies
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across partner organizations; align on mutual business objectives and ensure partnerships remain high-value and sustainable.
Co-Marketing and Campaign Development
Drive the development and execution of co-marketing campaigns blending physical and digital initiatives with teams at Networks, Alliances & Partners (e.g. Events, content syndication, joint content, thought leadership, events, user groups, and partner-specific promotions) to increase brand & solution awareness and generate directly attributable pipeline,
Scale demand generation efforts through content channels, aiming to generate high-quality leads and convert them into opportunities.
Work closely with the content marketing team to create engaging and informative content that highlights the value of DataSnipper to Alliances & Networks and their members
Own the complete attribution tracking setup in HubSpot for alliance-driven campaigns, including lead capture, tagging, and opportunity association to ensure clean data and clear accountability.
Establish and monitor comprehensive KPIs for each partnership (pipeline influenced/sourced, attributed revenue, lead quality, cost-per-deal) and maintain executive dashboards showing performance and ROI across all initiatives.
Continuously test, measure, and optimize all partner programs based on performance data; scale high-performing initiatives and adjust underperforming ones.
Collaborate closely with Event Marketing, Sales, Brand, Partner, and Demand Generation teams to ensure alignment, consistent messaging, and maximum impact across all partner touchpoints.
Present key insights and results to executive leadership to demonstrate the impact of Alliance & Network marketing efforts on business growth.
Manage joint participation in events and conferences together with the Event Marketing team, ensuring the brand is well-represented and maximizing the opportunity for pipeline generation.
What you bring
3-5 years of experience in partner/alliance marketing or co-marketing within B2B SaaS; proven track record building programs from strategy through execution.
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and how marketing drives pipeline and revenue.
Proficiency with HubSpot: understand CRM data structures, build reports, set up attribution properties, and leverage workflows.
Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics (pipeline influenced, lead quality, conversion rates, cost-per-deal).
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate complex value propositions and present insights to leadership.
Strategic thinker with strong project management skills; adaptable and comfortable with multi-partner environments.
Relationship-focused and intellectually curious; you genuinely enjoy building partnerships and staying informed on industry trends.
Nice to have: sales enablement experience, and/or knowledge of audit/finance/professional services verticals.
