We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Amsterdam. This medior-level role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data, supporting high-impact campaigns, improving funnel performance, and enhancing marketing efficiency.

You will report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations and will work closely with the Director of Demand in Amsterdam and other OPS-functions in the company. You’ll help optimize our marketing tech stack, streamline campaign operations, and ensure our data-driven approach drives measurable growth across the funnel.

Day in the life at DataSnipper:

  • Optimize our marketing tech stack & automation: manage and optimize marketing platforms (HubSpot (Must), Salesforce (Must), Chilipiper etc.) to support lead gen, lead scoring, routing, and nurture programs.

  • Campaign execution: partner with the wider Demand Generation team to build and execute campaign workflows, landing pages, and performance dashboards (including SDR queues and dashboarding).

  • Data hygiene & reporting: develop and maintain marketing dashboards, providing insights into campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline and overall funnel progression & conversion rates.

  • Lifecycle management & attribution: improve lead management processes, attribution models, and handoffs between marketing and sales, customer success.

  • Process optimization: identify inefficiencies across marketing ops and recommend tools, processes, or automations to scale efforts effectively.

  • Cross-Functional collaboration: serve as the go-to link between Revenue Operations and Marketing globally, ensuring tight alignment on KPIs, SLAs, qualification and goals.

What you’ll bring on the table:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or similar role in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Extensive knowledge about a B2B-funnel, conversion rates and typical ways of working between Marketing, Sales and other Revenue teams.

  • Extensive experience with Marketing Automation tooling like Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.

  • Data & Analytics questions are a comfortable challenge for you, especially using BI-type tooling like Looker, Discern or similar.

  • Extensive understanding of Demand Generation principles, lifecycle management across a commercial funnel and Marketing Attribution.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

  • Based ideally in/around Amsterdam, or being comfortable to commute 3 days/week at our beautiful office in Amsterdam Noord.
