You’ll also help build and run our Design Partner Program, where we co-develop ideas with our most engaged customers.
You’ll be the first person in this role, laying the foundation for how we structure rollout and feedback programs at scale. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, customer success, and marketing — and have the visibility and trust to shape how we launch, learn, and engage with customers.

What You Will Do:
Coordinate structured rollout phases - beta, limited availability, insider- across major features
Align cross-functionally with product and engineering on timelines, testing goals, and quality standards
Release testing - Identify internal and external users, set expectations, and drive clear feedback loops
Build and run our Design Partner Program - bring select customers into early-stage development and capture actionable insight
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support messaging, enablement, and compliance readiness
Track and report on progress - create visual updates and shared documentation that keep teams and leadership aligned
Create scalable processes - develop playbooks, templates, and workflows that help us move fast and stay focused
What You Bring:
4–7 years of program management or operational experience in SaaS or product-led companies
Strong understanding of how product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams work together to build and ship software — you’ve lived through software releases and understand the realities of bugs, blockers, shifting priorities, and change
You won’t need to code, but you’re comfortable working closely with engineers and bridging technical and non-technical conversations
Experience running structured rollout phases like beta, early access, or limited availability
Comfortable thinking beyond delivery — including messaging, enablement, customer trust, and compliance
Excellent communicator — clear, visual, and confident with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong at influencing without formal authority — you bring people with you by being clear, organized, and credible
Super organized and proactive — you bring calm, clarity, and momentum to complex situations
