What You Will Do
Support the review, drafting and negotiation of Software License Agreements, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and vendor contracts across jurisdictions.
Assist with privacy compliance efforts, particularly around GDPR and global data protection requirements.
Provide timely, practical legal advice on a broad range of topics, including IT, commercial law, compliance, and corporate governance.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring templates, clause libraries, and contract records are accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with our Legal Counsel on legal projects and support ad-hoc matters as needed.
What You Bring
2–4 years of relevant legal experience, either in a law firm or in-house, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Experience with negotiating commercial agreements, including customer MSAs, DPAs, and an eagerness to develop further in this area.
In-dept knowledge of data protection, particularly GDPR, with the ability to apply it in a global context.
Experience supporting cross-border operations and working with international stakeholders.
A pragmatic, business-minded approach to legal work, able to balance risk and speed without compromising on compliance.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate legal into clear, actionable guidance.

Native Dutch speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
