We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Connected Services team, which empowers DataSnipper's growth through self-serve motion, profound insights, and our user management platform.
As a Site Reliability Engineer at DataSnipper, you will be at the forefront of architecting and implementing solutions to enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline development processes, automate deployment pipelines, and implement best practices in cloud infrastructure management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement in our operations.

What you will do:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of highly available and scalable infrastructure on Azure
Architect and automate CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery
Coach teams on reliability best practices
Implement advanced monitoring and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
Orchestrate containerized workloads using Kubernetes for optimal resource utilization and scalability
Develop IAC templates using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources
What you will bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role
Expertise in cloud computing platforms – experience with Microsoft Azure is ideal
Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment processes
Experience setting up modern cloud environments (buzzwords: Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Azure DevOps pipelines, infrastructure deployments, and application environments
Strong coding skills in any of the modern object-oriented programming languages
Proficient with using AI-assisted development environment (Cursor, GitHub CoPilot or similar)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
