We are looking for a part-time office manager to join our team in our NYC Offices supporting our local and remote teams. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, energetic and hands on!

This is a part time role out of our NYC office and would require this person to be onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What will you do
Serve as the main point of contact for all operational and logistical needs in the NYC Office and with remote employees
Support People team with various initiatives and ad hoc projects (office and companywide celebrations; employee survey; office updates/changes; recruitment coordination)
Liaise with facility management vendors to ensure smooth operations (cleaning, catering, security, etc.)
Order, maintain and restock office and pantry supplies as needed
Manage swag inventory
Work with our other offices to ensure consistency across sites
Coordinate with IT to support new hire equipment set up and employee technical support
Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors
What you bring
Strong communication skills - someone who can easily communicate with various levels of employees and leaders
Attention to detail - making sure that all items are handled and delivered with care and attention
