About the role

We are looking for a part-time office manager to join our team in our NYC Offices supporting our local and remote teams. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, energetic and hands on!

This is a part time role out of our NYC office and would require this person to be onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What will you do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all operational and logistical needs in the NYC Office and with remote employees

  • Support People team with various initiatives and ad hoc projects (office and companywide celebrations; employee survey; office updates/changes; recruitment coordination)

  • Liaise with facility management vendors to ensure smooth operations (cleaning, catering, security, etc.)

  • Order, maintain and restock office and pantry supplies as needed

  • Manage swag inventory

  • Work with our other offices to ensure consistency across sites

  • Coordinate with IT to support new hire equipment set up and employee technical support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all visitors

  • Strong communication skills - someone who can easily communicate with various levels of employees and leaders

  • Attention to detail - making sure that all items are handled and delivered with care and attention

  • “Take Charge” personality, and go-getter attitude - you are someone who enjoys being proactive and getting things done

  • Maintains a positive and curious attitude

  • Solution-oriented at all times

  • Startup experience preferred
