About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead the continued growth of our core business- Accounting. Based in Amsterdam, you will directly manage a team of Sales Managers, each overseeing high-performing Account Executive and Account Management teams focused on new business and enterprise expansion.
As a second-line sales leader, you’ll be responsible for segment strategy, performance management, and team development, ensuring that each team consistently achieves growth targets while strengthening key customer relationships. This role plays a critical part in shaping our go-to-market strategy globally.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers, each responsible for Account Executives across EMEA’s Accounting segment.
Define and execute the segment strategy, including territory planning, forecasting, pipeline health, and team performance.
Partner closely with Sales Operations to monitor KPIs and ensure sales predictability and scalability.
Drive consistent overachievement of revenue targets through coaching, training, and hands-on deal support.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align on segment needs and go-to-market execution.
Lead recruiting, onboarding, and professional development for new Sales Managers.

Provide regular feedback and reporting to the executive level team, contributing to strategic decisions and long-term planning.
What You Bring
8+ years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales, with familiarity with second line leadership, or leading large, multi-layered teams.
A strong track record of building and scaling teams that deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Expertise in enterprise SaaS selling, including complex deal structures and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
Excellent leadership, coaching, hiring and interpersonal skills.
