About the Role

As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will own and lead the growth marketing engine for Cynomi. You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, build and manage a high-performing team, and scale our demand generation machine (inbound, outbound and ABM) across MSP cohorts. You’ll optimize the digital experience from web to funnel to conversion and collaborate closely with content, product marketing, sales and operations to accelerate growth. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, are metrics obsessed, roll up your sleeves and deliver measurable results.

Cynomi is a fast-growing, Silicon Valley VC-backed cybersecurity startup. Experiencing massive growth over the past year, our SaaS product is used by hundreds of service providers worldwide.

Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth and demand generation strategy for MSP segments to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Build and scale multichannel campaigns including paid digital email nurture SEO events content intent data.
  • Lead account based programs including target account selection personalized outreach and nurture journeys.
  • Own the digital funnel including website experience conversion optimization analytics and funnel improvements.
  • Build lead scoring and nurturing workflows to improve conversion from MQL to SQL and reduce funnel leakage.
  • Track and optimize core metrics such as MQLs SQLs pipeline CAC ROI and conversion rates.
  • Lead and mentor the demand generation team including hiring setting goals and execution.
  • Work closely with SDR and Sales teams on handoff processes enablement and feedback loops.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure strong messaging and alignment with go to market plans.
  • Manage the marketing technology stack including CRM automation account based tools attribution and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee budgets test new channels forecast spend and manage performance.
  • Stay ahead of cybersecurity AI and MSP trends and run continuous experimentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Six or more years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth with bonus points for security AI or cloud.
  • Proven ability to scale pipeline and revenue through demand generation and account based programs.
  • Experience with marketing automation CRM and account based tools including HubSpot Clay and Six Sense.
  • Strong analytical skills including KPI design dashboards attribution funnel analysis and optimization.
  • Experience managing budgets vendors and agencies and balancing long term strategy with short term needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with Sales Product and Content teams.
  • Leadership experience including hiring coaching and driving execution.
  • A scrappy startup mindset with comfort moving quickly experimenting and being hands on when needed.

Not a Must, But a Plus

  • Experience in global / regional demand generation (APAC, EMEA) or scaling internationally in SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of MSP buyer personas: MSP decision-makers, MSP clients, end-user security buyers (CISO, SecOps/DevSecOps, risk/compliance).
  • Experience with intent-data platforms, partner/channel demand generation, growth hacking / agile marketing approaches.
  • Strong growth experimentation mindset (A/B testing, funnel optimization, rapid iteration)
