You’ve led full 360° design processes, from user research to system thinking and implementation. You’re used to working in fast-paced startups and bringing structure where it's missing. Cynomi is a fast-growing, Silicon Valley VC-backed cybersecurity startup. Experiencing massive growth over the past year, our SaaS product is used by hundreds of service providers worldwide.

Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end product design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation
• Help shape and evolve our design system to support a complex, data-heavy B2B SaaS platform
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to translate needs into intuitive, elegant solutions
• Drive design quality and consistency across the product, introducing best practices and methodologies as needed
• Contribute to building efficient, scalable design processes that support fast product growth
• Bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring a smooth and collaborative handoff
• Bring a strategic mindset while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented in your design work

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design, including complex B2B systems
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end design processes, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Strong ability to translate product and user needs into thoughtful, intuitive interfaces
• Capable of leading initiatives independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience working on complex systems, data-heavy platforms, and multi-user workflows
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments, with a proactive and independent approach
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, especially when working with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Experience contributing to or building design systems
• A product-driven thinker who’s passionate about solving real user problems through great design
• Fluent in English and confident communicating in a global, cross-functional setting
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required
