We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales professional to drive corporate acquisition for our prepaid card solutions program & also help in strategic partnership with banks/ ERPs for our TSP product sets.
The role involves identifying and engaging potential corporate clients, pitching prepaid card programs, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and driving closures through strong communication, relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payments, banking products, SaaS, or corporate solutions sales, along with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
What you will do:
identify, prospect, and connect with potential corporate clients across various industries for prepaid card programs and corporate payment solutions.
drive end-to-end B2B sales activities including lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures
present and explain prepaid card products and corporate benefit solutions through structured sales pitches and product decks
build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Admin stakeholders within target organizations
coordinate with the partners team to strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth execution of sales opportunities
understand client requirements and position suitable prepaid card use cases such as employee benefits, incentives, reimbursements, fuel, meal, gifting, and expense management programs
manage the complete sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
work closely with internal operations and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and activation
handle commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and proposal submissions with prospective clients
maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, lead status, closures, and pipeline updates in CRM/MIS systems
stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and developments in the fintech and prepaid ecosystem
represent the organization professionally during client meetings, networking opportunities, and industry interactions
you should apply if you have:
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, fintech sales, banking products, SaaS sales, payment solutions, or enterprise solution selling
strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition for corporate accounts
ability to independently manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders including HR Heads, Finance Heads, Admin Teams, and CXOs
strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment
good understanding of prepaid cards, corporate payment solutions, fintech products, or banking products will be an added advantage
proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
