this is a horizontal role that cuts across all business lines at CRED. in this role, you will play a key role in generating inputs that inform CRED’s strategic choices and capital allocation decisions to meet our key goals. it is important to be curious, data-backed, and independent in your view (agreement and disagreement alike)as you will often find yourself collaborating with key business leaders on their respective lob p&l.

what will you do:

  • strategic data insights:
  • support all business lines by executing high-impact analyses across CRED’s p&l to uncover data-driven insights and identify opportunities for operational and financial excellence
  • contribute to capital allocation and performance decisions by partnering with business finance leaders on revenue, cost, and roi optimization initiatives
  • analyse user-level trends in usage, engagement, and monetization within specific lobs to inform a broader understanding of customer value; enable central teams to shape long-term ltv strategies across the ecosystem
  • financial metrics tracking & automation: build dashboards and models (including using AI tools to enhance productivity - like automating workflows) to track business kpis and proactively surface trends and anomalies, support monthly and quarterly business reviews by synthesising key financial and operational metrics
  • p&L optimisation: drive revenue & cost optimization projects, partnering with cross-functional teams (product, growth, finance) to evaluate roi, enhance the bottom line, and implement process improvements
  • ir analysis: work with investor relations to deliver key metric analyses and presentations, including automation where feasible

You should apply if you:

  • experience as an analyst in high growth tech startups (preferably horizontal teams), management consulting, research analytics firm
  • breathe data and have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, research & presentation skills
  • experience in querying and extracting data through sql and running analysis on excel
  • have good time management skills and strong sense of ownership to generate high-quality outputs
  • have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability
