The Opportunity
As a Configuration Analyst, you are the technical engine of our delivery team. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to become an expert in software implementation and automated workflows.

Precision Auditing: Review and edit XML and JSON configurations to ensure the system is functioning exactly as intended.
Learn the Platform: Deep-dive into our proprietary configuration tools. We provide the training; you provide the analytical mindset and technical curiosity.

Self-Directed Management: Manage your assigned tickets independently, ensuring everything is completed accurately and within the expected timeline.
Schedule & Work Model (Kolkata Office)
Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
Hybrid Model: Team members are in the office for the first half of the day, 3 days a week. You may leave the office around 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM IST and finish your shift from home.
Training: Comprehensive product and system training is provided for both roles.
Job Qualifications:
Job Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years in a technical role (Configuration, Tech Support, or QA) and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
Markup Skills: Mandatory experience with XML. You must be comfortable reading and editing markup languages to verify system behavior.
Technical Aptitude: Foundational knowledge of SQL, JSON, and programming logic (Python preferred).
Operational Discipline: Proven ability to handle administrative tasks (like user management) with high attention to detail and security.
Aptitude for Learning: A demonstrated ability to pick up new proprietary software and internal tools quickly.
