Job Summary
The Enterprise Operations Group (EOG) is executing a multi-year transformation playbook focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, enhancing quality, and modernizing our call center and back-office operations.
We are seeking a high-caliber, strategic Sr. Principal, Solutions Management to serve as the lead architect and individual contributor for this transformation. This role is responsible for the strategic design and successful delivery of the entire transformation portfolio, driving holistic, end-to-end improvements across systems, processes, and user adoption. As a premier individual contributor, this leader will partner directly with executive stakeholders to align the strategic roadmap, applying rigorous critical path thinking to prioritize high-impact initiatives and accelerate value.
The ideal candidate is an expert in building business cases and possesses the financial acumen to align digitization efforts with financial goals. They must be a technical visionary capable of challenging the status quo and applying emerging technologies to bridge complex business needs with scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Primary Duties
Portfolio & Program Oversight: Assume ultimate accountability for the EOG transformation portfolio, overseeing all initiatives from conception through value realization and ensuring program goals are met.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Partner with C-level and VP/Sr. Director level stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Technology, and Product to create and maintain the multi-year transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary executive liaison for the Solution Management function, building trust, facilitating alignment, and managing critical escalations to drive change.
Financial & Business Case Leadership: Lead the development of robust business cases, clearly defining ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and financial impact to prioritize initiatives and secure funding.
Governance & Prioritization: Implement and manage a strategic governance structure, applying Critical Path Thinking to balance ROI, manage scope, and navigate complex dependencies.
Holistic Process Improvement: Champion end-to-end improvement by mapping and optimizing value streams, identifying systemic inefficiencies, and embedding data-driven decision-making.
Innovation & Best Practices: Promote innovative thinking by encouraging experimentation, leveraging benchmarks, and challenging legacy norms to unlock new value.
Functional Champion: Act as the enterprise-wide champion for Solution Management, creating followership across the organization and propagating the value of the transformation as a "digital" change agent.
Technical Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on technical execution, ensuring business requirements translate into technical specifications that leverage enterprise architecture and emerging technologies like AI/ML.
Job Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree (MBA, MS) highly preferred.
Transformation Experience: 12-15+ years of experience executing large-scale, complex technology and business transformation programs within an Operations environment.
Portfolio Management: Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of multiple, concurrent projects and programs.
Environment: Expertise working in a hybrid operations environment (offshore/onshore teams) and navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
Methodology: Deep understanding of project and program management best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum); PMP or equivalent certification is a significant plus.
Desirable Background: Product Management experience is highly desirable.
Certifications: Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.

Expert Proficiency in Financial Acumen: Proven ability to build compelling, data-driven business cases and align digitization efforts with financial goals.
Advanced Proficiency in Creating Followership: Demonstrated ability to inspire stakeholders, build trust with executives, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Advanced Proficiency in Thinking Innovatively: A track record of challenging the status quo and applying emerging technologies.
Advanced Proficiency in Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data flows, and SDLC standards.
Communication: Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic Execution: Ability to convert concepts and "big rock" ideas into a tangible, executable portfolio.
Tools: Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office Suite.

Annual Pay Range:
