Job Description:

The Client Operations Management Associate is a specialized production role focused on the lifecycle of property loans. You will serve as a technical researcher and data analyst, responsible for mitigating risks and ensuring property tax compliance through high-volume, detailed investigations. This role requires a blend of critical thinking and technical savvy to navigate public records, third-party databases, and internal systems to support streamlined operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Intricate Tax Research: Investigate complex property tax cases using advanced tools, public agencies, and third-party subscriptions.
  • Data Synthesis & Manipulation: Analyze and manipulate data according to strict business procedures to update forms, databases, and workflow applications.
  • Production Excellence: Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and company standards.
  • Client & Agency Liaison: Collaborate with internal departments, public agencies, and clients to resolve research hurdles.
  • Process Optimization: Apply research findings to enhance operational efficiency and optimize outcomes for property loan servicing.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret basic property documentation and synthesize information from multiple disparate sources to solve problems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate computer skills with the ability to quickly master new software, advanced research tools, and data systems.
  • Time Management: Proven capability to set priorities, manage a heavy workload, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for providing status updates and collaborating with team members.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to processing data accurately to prevent risk in property loan servicing.

Qualifications & Requirements

Category Requirement

Education - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.

Experience - 1+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education).

Preference - Prior experience in a client service-oriented environment is a plus.

Mindset - Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within an ever-changing production environment.

Annual Pay Range:

33,500 - 42,328 USD
